I've interacted with Soundcraft a couple of times before, and they've consistently provided top-notch service along with great pricing. On this occasion, they fixed my amplifier and even lent me another one. I was so impressed with the loaner that I ended up trading in my repaired amp for a really good deal. There was zero pressure to buy; they encouraged me to ‘take your time to compare and decide’. I'm super happy with the arrangement and my new Rega amplifier.

I took a special trip to Soundcraft Hi-Fi to grab a Rega amplifier, and the service was top-notch. They gave me a tour of the store and the listening area, showcasing a bunch of stunning gear (too bad I couldn't bring any home!), and overall, it was a super enjoyable and motivating experience. I’d totally suggest this fantastic shop to anyone, and I really hope to swing by again in the near future.

Outstanding customer support guaranteed, I initially purchased a Linn Sondek LP12 from this place back in 1979. It's still going strong. Daniel really knows his stuff when it comes to Hi Fi gear. This shop has been around for ages, so you can bet the team there is well-informed. Today was my first visit to Soundcraft in Ashford, and I went in planning to drop £20 on a Cork-IT turntable slip mat. They brought it out but suggested I think about the Collaro instead, which costs five times as much but has stellar reviews. Since I recently picked up a Michel Engineering Gyra SE, a Gold Tone PH-10 phono stage, a Rega Aethos amp, and a pair of Acoustic Engineers ATC’s, I figured it’d be interesting to see if the Collaro could bring anything extra to my already fantastic setup.

To my surprise, it really did! While listening to “Tubular Bells,” I started to notice the low end tightening up and a nice crispness in the highs. Miles Davis’ “Kind Of Blue” usually fills my room with sound, but this time I felt an unexpected liveliness throughout, especially in the rhythm section and the alto sax, which soared with a new intensity and confidence. Who would’ve thought that a 12” circle of wool could enhance an already amazing system? I’m even contemplating charging Steve Earle’s drummer rent for “Guitar Town.” In the end, I’d say this £99 was money well spent.

This felt like a shopping trip from the good old days - warm, friendly, and super professional. They really got what we needed and were totally supportive. To sum it up, Soundcraft is all about customer care, not just selling gear. The feedback from users is what keeps them going.

I placed an order for a Denon mini hifi system with Soundcraft via phone on October 20th. The staff member who answered my call was super helpful and mentioned it would arrive the following day (the 21st). Sure enough, it showed up, and in the morning as well! Really great service from Soundcraft!
